Materials:

• Burled driftwood
• Acorns
• Birch bark
• Lichen covered bark
• Quail feathers
• Glass beads

The inspiration for this piece came from a perfect little piece of moss-covered burl, which my aunt Lidia found while walking the beach where the Columbia and the Willamette rivers meet.  She saved for me knowing I would somehow incorporate it onto PodArt. Sure enough, "Burled Driftwood And Green Lichen" quickly became one of my favorite smaller pieces thus far.
